Information Marlow handles

Marlow stores adult account details, care-diary membership, baby profile details, allergies, care notes, parent invite details, and daily care updates entered by sitters and helpers.

How information is used

Marlow uses this information to provide invite-only care updates, show parent-visible daily history, manage care-diary access, maintain subscriptions, and support account deletion or support requests.

Child information

Marlow is for adult caregivers and parents. Adults may enter limited child information needed for daily care, including names, birthdays or ages, allergies, medications, care notes, and care history.

Sharing

Marlow shares baby-care information only with adults who have access through a care-diary role or accepted family invite. Marlow does not sell personal information and does not include ads or third-party tracking.

Payments

Owner subscriptions are purchased through Apple in-app purchase and managed with RevenueCat. Marlow stores entitlement state for the care diary, not payment card details.

Retention and deletion

Adults can request account deletion in the app. Marlow removes access and anonymizes personal profile details while preserving shared baby-care history needed by remaining invited adults.
